My X originally carbed ...... engine works on carburator. I want to get out the uno turbo electric wire loom, because of the too manny soldering and adapters.
I read on some post, there are only 6 wires from uno turbo to connect on x1/9 electrical wire loom.
Maybe you can describe , put some photos of exactly what you did ?
Thanks , OVI

Ovi, this refers to an X1/9 with (factory) fuel injection. There the connection should be quite easy (not done myself) as it already contains electric fuel pump, etc.

Not really...

The Wire from the Turbo and X Injection are "Stand alone"...
On the Turbo Wire you have to connect:
Power
Minus
RPM (Drehzahlmesser fällt mir grad nicht ein... )
Fuelpump

The Rest is "intern" connectet.

The only "Problem" is the Tank (heist das nicht Panzer??? Aber Babelfish meint auch "Tank" zum Tank... )
The Connection for the Pump is on the upper Side at the carbed Version (and 6mm hose) and lower Side at the i.E. Version (10mm hose).

An die, die Englisch können... Ist das einigermaßen korrekt so geschrieben??

Installing he turbo engine in a 1500cc MPI should be very easy.
When you want you can use the MPI block because the CR is 8.8:1.
A little bit more fuel and the engine should run fine.
Fuel pump etc. you can use from MPI.
You only have to change the exhaust manifold, you can use the inlet manifold from MPI (bigger throttle body).
But fuel injectors from MPI you can't use with the Turbo ECU because the resistance of the MPI injectors is lower and kill's the ECU...
Ignition distributor you can use the 1372cc Turbo distributor, same position like MPI.

I have buyed from USA a complete eletrical and fusebox made in 1988 in great condition, so now i will have electrical from a injection engine, maybe it will be easyer to fit the uno turbo engine inside.
If anyone have some specific detailed advice , maybe photos included, I will be very happy to follow the instruction.
THANK YOU ALL !
